We offer a wide variety of gardening essentials to transform your outdoor space. Our range includes vibrant Bedding Plants, fruitful Fruit Trees & Bushes, beautiful Garden Bulbs for every season, hardy Garden Plants, and everything from Garden Tools to Furniture to help you cultivate your perfect garden.
How should I care for my plants when they arrive?
We recommend unpacking your plants immediately upon receipt. Give them a good water if the soil feels dry. Each plant is sent with a detailed planting guide to ensure it thrives in your garden. For specific instructions, you can also visit the relevant product page on our website.

Ordering & Account

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your delivery details and choose your preferred payment method. You do not need to create an account to place an order, but registered users can track orders and save details for faster future checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. We also offer the option to pay securely via PayPal.

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver to?
We are proud to ship our plants and gardening supplies globally! However, we are currently unable to deliver to addresses in Asia and a few remote locations. If you are unsure about delivery to your area, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] before placing your order.
What are your delivery options and costs?
We offer two convenient options:
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped with DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over £50, shipped with EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our nursery within 1-2 business days.
How are my plants packaged for delivery?
We take immense care in packaging! Bedding plants and flowers are placed in specially designed containers, fruit trees and bushes have their root balls securely wrapped, and bulbs are packed in breathable materials. All items are packed with protective padding to ensure they arrive at your door in perfect, healthy condition.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your order or if any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your delivery. We will be happy to assist you with a return or replacement according to our policy. Please have your order number ready and, if possible, photos of any damaged items.
