Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the perishable nature of many gardening products, we cannot accept returns after this period.

Return Process

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging, ensuring plants and bulbs are protected during transit.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at Flower Harvest Shop, 54 St Nicholas St, Bristol, GB BS7Z 1HA. Please include your return authorization slip in the package.
  5. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature and to ensure garden freshness, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Bedding Plants
  • Garden Bulbs (once planting season has begun)
  • Spring Flowering Bulbs (after planting season)
  • Summer Flowering Bulbs (after planting season)
  • Garden Plants (unless damaged upon arrival)
  • Fruit Bushes & Fruit Trees (unless damaged upon arrival)

For these items, we can only offer replacements if they arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect these products immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product:

  1. Follow the same process as outlined above for returns

  3. If the replacement product costs more, we will invoice you for the difference
  4. If the replacement product costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
