We process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your gardening needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We ship worldwide except to select Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather events or customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Timeframe for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your order’s delivery date. Due to the perishable nature of gardening products, we cannot accept returns after this period.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Authorization: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Carefully repackage items in their original packaging, ensuring plants and bulbs are protected during transit.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to: Flower Harvest Shop, 54 St Nicholas St, Bristol, GB BS7Z 1HA. Include your return authorization slip in the package.
- Processing: Once received, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure garden freshness, we cannot accept returns on the following perishable products:
- Bedding Plants
- Garden Bulbs (once planting season has begun)
- Spring Flowering Bulbs (after planting season)
- Summer Flowering Bulbs (after planting season)
- Garden Plants (unless damaged upon arrival)
- Fruit Bushes & Fruit Trees (unless damaged upon arrival)
For these items, we can only offer replacements if they arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect these products immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product:
- Follow the standard return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you prefer an exchange and specify your desired replacement product
- If the replacement costs more, we will invoice you for the difference
- If the replacement costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
