• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

We process orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns after this period
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure garden freshness, we cannot accept returns on the following perishable products after their planting season has begun:

For these items, we can only offer replacements if they arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect these products immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
